Our Values
Uncorporate corporate
We may be big, but we have an uncorporate way of doing things. You’ll find an individual, personal and flexible approach which focuses on finding the best workable solution.
Forget red tape and rigid rules, at Senior we aim to make your life easier by providing the service you need, when you need it. And, as the UK’s largest privately owned fenestrations systems house, we can make instant decisions and act on them straight away.
We have no overseas parent company to consult, so if we say we can do something, that’s exactly what we mean. Our word is our bond.
To give customers what they want when they want it
Our mission is simple, “to give customers what they want, when they want it.”
More than that, we aim to help our customers and their clients grow, by doing business in a way that allows everyone in the chain of activity to make a profit. In practice this means providing a wide choice of fenestration products and systems which will suit any project size, quality specification and budget.
We can even supply bespoke solutions and are continually adding new products to our range based on customer feedback, market trends and technical innovations.
Commitment to sustainability
From offering energy-efficient and fully recyclable aluminium fenestration products, to implementing various low carbon initiatives throughout our manufacturing facility, we’re committed to reducing carbon emissions both on and off site.
We’re also fully accredited to BRE Global’s BES 6001 standard.
Innovation
Our innovation and expertise allows us to develop long lasting, low maintenance, energy efficient aluminum systems for a brighter future.
Provide expert support
Whether you are specifying our products or installing them, we are committed to working closely with our customers to provide technical support from start to finish. We do this via our regionally based teams and in-house departments.
We have regionally based architectural advisors and technical sales managers who are located close to our key clients and know the areas in which they work. This local knowledge can prove invaluable when providing specification, sales, and technical support.
Collaboration
We believe in the power of supply chain collaboration which is why we are committed to maintaining positive relationships with our fabricator and installer base by offering technical advice, product training and on-site support.
We have a number of trusted and experienced partners and together, have a proven track record of delivering projects across the sectors throughout the UK.
